The Fusion Fitness™ approach includes current knowledge and research and is centered on physiology and biomechanics including joint safety, modification and adaptations of traditional mind and body practices. All course material has been reviewed in collaboration with Terry Kane, an experienced orthopaedic physiotherapist and fitness educator.

Fusion Fitness™: Integrated Yoga
Is an integrated approach to traditional yoga postures with the science of flexibility and stability training to provide a modern approach to the teaching and understanding of yoga postures.
Fusion Fitness™: Pilates Infused Core
Is a fusion of Pilates matwork and evolved Pilates exercises with current core conditioning methods to energize traditional mat Pilates.
Fusion Fitness™: Athletic
Is an integration of yoga and Pilates with fitness conditioning to provide exercises to assist athletic and fitness participants to release strain and enhance performance.
Fusion Fitness™: Vibe
Is a fun program featuring a full integration of yoga, Pilates, fitness and dance to create a one of a kind body and mind workout on the mat.
Fusion Fitness™: Barre None
*NEW PROGRAM* This ballet based mind body program is like no other out there! Without the use of a barre you will increase stamina, muscle tone and core/lower body strength through ballet barre inspired moves. Pair it up with yoga for additional flexibility gains and pilates for increased core stability to give you the ultimate sculpting routine.
